Technology Business Incubator (TBI) is being established at the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Complex here to provide technical expertise and professional assistance to the local industry to develop international standards.
PCSIR Lahore Complex DG Syed Asad Mustafa told newsmen here on Friday that 'technology incubators' served as tools to increase the competitiveness of a country in the global market.
He said the incubator would combine technology, entrepreneur ships, know-how and educational qualification, and would serve as a training base for technology graduates, adding it would also be a crucial link between research and development activities of the PCSIR and the industrial sector.
