Major reshuffle in Punjab excise and taxation department

The Punjab government has made a major reshuffle in the provincial excise and taxation department and transferred officers with immediate effect by given them new assignments. According to a notification, the following transfers/postings of excise & taxation officers/assistant excise & taxation officers are hereby made with immediate effect in relaxation of ban, in the public interest:
Iftikhar Ahmad, Excise & Taxation Officer, awaiting posting in the Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, is posted as Excise & Taxation Officer/Motor Registering Authority, Lahore, vice Sh. Imtiaz Ali, transferred. Sh. Imtiaz Ali, Excise & Taxation Officer/Motor Registering Authority, Lahore, is transferred and posted against a newly created post of Excise & Taxation Officer (Administration), Lahore w.e.f. July 01, 2005.
Miss Fizza Shah, Excise & Taxation Officer, awaiting posting in the Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, is posted as Excise & Taxation Officer/Programmer, Lahore, against an existing vacancy. Chaudhry Muhammad Shafiq, Excise & Taxation Officer (Computers), Lahore, shall hold the additional charge of the post of ETO, Zone-1, Lahore.
Tanveer Abbass, Excise & Taxation Officer, awaiting posting in the Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, is posted as Excise & Taxation Officer, Rawalpindi, against a vacant post.
Meanwhile consequent upon placement of services at the disposal of Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, vide order No SOAI (E&T) 3/G/2004 dated 29.06.2005, Fakhar-ul Islam, Assistant Excise & Taxation Officer, is posted as AETO, Jhelum, against an existing vacancy. Muhammad Nazim Ameer, Excise & Taxation Officer, awaiting posting in the Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, is posted as Excise & Taxation Officer, Zone-5, Lahore, against a vacant post.
Consequent upon placement of services at the disposal of Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, vide order No SOAI (E&T)3/G/2004, dated 29.06.2005, Chaudhry Akmal Hussain, Assistant Excise & Taxation Officer, is posted as AETO, in Region-A, Lahore, against an existing vacancy.
Adnan Haider, Excise & Taxation Officer, awaiting posting in the Directorate General, Excise & Taxation, Punjab, is posted as Excise & Taxation Officer, Faisalabad, vice Mian Abdul Latif, transferred. Mian Abdul Latif, Excise & Taxation Officer, Faisalabad, is transferred and posted as Excise & Taxation Officer, Muzaffargarh, against an existing vacancy.
