The Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has suspended Khola Raza, Assistant Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Lahore, with immediate effect. According to a notification issued on Saturday, the CBR has used powers under the Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000, to implement the decision. The services of Muhammad Yasir Pirzada a BS-18 officer of Income Tax Group, presently posted as Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Eastern Region, Lahore, are placed at the disposal of Services & General Administration Department, Government of Punjab, on deputation basis for a period of three years.
Tassawwar Iqbal a BS-17 officer of Income Tax Group presently posted as Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Southern Region, Karachi, is transferred to Corporate Region, Karachi, with immediate effect.
