The app based car hiring service Careem is offering free WiFi service to its customers, along with discount in fares, stated a statement.
According to local media reports, Careem has collaborated with Telenor, under which the transportation service will provide a hefty discount of 35 percent to Telenor customers for their first ride using Careem. Whereas, customers will also be provided access free WiFi services during the ride.
“We are pleased to enter into this partnership with Careem as it comes in line with Telenor’s commitment to deliver the best possible services to our customers. With Careem, Telenor subscribers will not only enjoy cheaper and more comfortable rides, but also WIFI connectivity on the go. We will continue to look for newer avenues of serving our valued customers,” said CEO Telenor Pakistan Michael Foley.
However, the bad news is that the discount will be available for a relatively short period i.e. from 26th July till 9th August for business and economy users both for their first ride only.
