Bosnian Serb police, pressured by the West to find suspected war criminals, failed on Saturday to capture Savo Todorovic, indicted for crimes against Muslims during the 1992-5 war in Bosnia.
Police searched for the Bosnian Serb during the early hours in the eastern village of Celebici, where Nato forces failed twice in 2001 to catch the former Bosnian Serb leader and top fugitive Radovan Karadzic.
