SINGAPORE: Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has barred FAL Oil from participating in its tenders after the United Arab Emirates-based company failed to meet its contractual agreements, PSO said in a document posted on its website on Tuesday.
"Despite giving ample opportunities by PSO to FAL Oil to meet its contractual obligations, it is regretted to mention that FAL Oil persistently failed to perform and breached contractual obligations, which resulted in interruptions in supply chain of PSO," said Nadeem Memom, PSO's general manager supply, in a fax letter addressed to Muhammad Osman of FAL oil.
