Atlas Group and Dutch-based international financial services group ING on Monday announced the signing of co-operation agreement to launch Atlas Asset Management Company Limited.
The agreement was signed by Saquib H. Shirazi, representing Atlas Group and Peter Smyth, Regional Manager, ING Asia/Pacific.
As a result Peter Smyth will join the board of AAMCL. In view of the improving investment climate in Pakistan, AAM is looking to leverage ING's international experience to introduce an innovative range of new funds, which will expand the Pakistan mutual fund market.-PR
