Proceedings adjourned

The Lahore High Court adjourned to March 30 the proceedings in a bail application filed by Seth Nisar as the law officer did not appear before the court.
The applicant has approached the court on medical ground and his counsel also contended that the applicant is in jail for more than two years and hence under the constitutional provisions he has the right to be bailed out.
The applicant is facing the charges of evading tax and cause millions of rupees to the public exchequers.
