The Department of Mass Communication, University of Karachi, will hold an extension lecture on " Media Ethics" on January 17.
This was announced in a statement by the Chairman of the Department, Professor Dr Tahir Masood on Wednesday.
Sindh Information Secretary, Ms Mahtab Akbar Rashdi, will be the guest speaker on the occasion.
Vice Chancellor of Karachi University, Professor Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui, will preside over.
Tahir Masood also stated that the programme also included students' presentations about their research projects on the overall observance of ethical values by the Pakistani media.
