KARACHI: One ship arrived at Port on Saturday carrying containers at QICT, Port sources said here Sunday.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 28% at the Port on Saturday where a total of four ships namely M.V Vinaline Sky, M.V Orient-III, M.V CMA CGM Puget, M.T Analipsi Lady are occupying berths to load/ offload cement, containers, diesel oil for the last 24 hours.
Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 38187 tonnes comprising 26077 tonnes import and 12090 tonnes exports and 1065 (TUES) was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
M.V CMA CGM Puget sailed on Sunday morning.
MV Maersk Utha, M.V ACX Rafflesia, M.V Eibe Trader, were expected to take berth at QICT on Sunday, the sources said.
