Shutdown notice

imageFAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has issued a shutdown notice for Thursday due to repair, maintenance and expansion of electricity lines.

According to the notice issued by the company here on Wednesday, power supply from City and Lahore Road feeders emanating from 132-KV Chiniot grid station, 240 Mor and Bachiana feeders originating from 132-KV Jaranwala grid station, Muslim Town and Millat Road feeders emanating from 132-KV Chiniot Road grid station, Islamia Park and Nishat feeders originating from 132-KV OTP grid station, Akbar Abad and Islam Nagar feeders emanating from 132-KV University grid station, Imam Bargah feeder originating from 132-KV Factory Area grid station, Kararwala feeder emanating from 132-KV Scarp Colony grid station, Lathianwala feeder originating from 132-KV Khurarianwala grid station, Bhaiwala and SOS feeders emanating from 132-KV Nishatabad grid station and Riaz Abad feeder originating from 132-KV Lalian grid station will remain suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. while all feeders emanating from Transformers T-1 and T-2 of 132-KV Nishtabad New grid station will observe shutdown from 7:00 a.m. to 1;00 p.m. on Thursday (February 25).

Similarly, electricity supply from Jadala, Cantt, PAF and PAF Colony feeders originating from 132-KV Shorkot Road (Chitiana) grid station, Khiyaban Colony, Scarp Colony and KTM-1 feeders emanating from 220-KV Jaranwala Road grid station, Bahaduri Wala feeder originating from 132-KV Small Industrial Estate grid station, Ramdewali feeder emanating from 132-KV Chiniot Road grid station, Sohal feeder originating from 132-KV Thikriwala grid station, Farooq Abad and Amin Town feeders emanating from 132-KV OTP grid station will remain suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. whereas Moman Abad feeder originating from 132-KV Sammundri Road grid station will observe load shedding from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on February 25.

Meanwhile, power supply from Islam Pura feeder emanating from 132-KV Jhang Road grid station, Bismillah Pur and Bilal feeders originating from 132-KV Sammundri Road grid station and Gaushala feeder emanating from 132-KV Factory Area grid station will also remain suspended from 9:00 am to 2 pm on Thursday (February 25).
