ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday approved the Prime Minister's advice for appointment of Mr Justice Sajjad Ali Shah as Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh.
He will be Acting Chief Justice SHC during the leave period of Mr Justice Faisal Arab, Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh from November 6 to 9, 2015, who is proceeding to Abu Dhabi on private affairs.
The President approved the Prime Minister's advice on a summary initiated by the Law, Justice and Human Rights Division, a press release issued by the Aiwan-e-Sadr here said.
