ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has made special arrangements to ensure smooth and uninterrupted power supply to the consumers during Eid-ul-Azha holidays.
Special duties have been assigned to Chief Engineers, officers and officials at Distribution Control Centre Islamabad to monitor the arrangements, said an IESCO spokesperson Wednesday.
Chief Engineers would monitor the distribution network for uninterrupted power supply while all complaint offices would also remain open 24 hours to address and redress customers' complaints. IESCO operational staff would provide immediate services during tripping or technical fault.
The spokesperson appealed to the customers to cooperate with IESCO and asked them to contact their respective areas complaint offices in case of interruption in power supply.
