Another beautiful face from Bollywood is set to make her Cannes debut this year and it is none other than Katrina Kaif. Katrina will join Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on the red carpet of 68th Cannes International Film Festival.
As the ambassador of cosmetic brand L'Oreal Paris. Katrina says she can't wait to join the other global ambassadors, which also include Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor.
According to India Today reports Katrina said, “I'm very excited to represent L'Oreal Paris and India at the Cannes Film Festival this year. Being an actor, it is very inspiring to attend an event that celebrates all forms of cinema. As a L'Oreal Paris ambassador, I can't wait to meet the other global ambassadors and help set new beauty trends for this year”.
Sonam is also happy to welcome Katrina to the biggest film carnival, as she was quoted saying, “Katrina is a gorgeous girl who has a unique individual style that she embraces and highlights with panache. I am sure she will dazzle everyone at the French Riviera and I can't wait to meet her there. I am glad to be representing India with two amazing L'Oreal Paris ambassadors at Cannes. Together we will embody the glamour, diversity, beauty and talent that define this country,” Indian media reported.
Previous reports hinted that Katrina Kaif won’t be part of 68th Cannes International Film Festival, but the ‘Dhoom’ actress has now confirmed her presence in the prestigious French film festival this year.
