BANNU: A powerful bomb planted in motorcycle targeting a police mobile van, injured seven policemen inculding Station House Officer (SHO) Mandan police station here on Thursday.
Police said SHO Saadullah Khan along with police party was in routine patrolling when a bomb planted in motorcycle parked on roadside near Kangar check-post, blasted with huge bang.
Resultantly, the SHO, police constables Wajid, Jalal, Farman, Sadiqullah and Afsar Ali sustained wounds.
The injured were shifted to the hospital. Police started investigation.
