Miley Cyrus took a homeless guy as her date at ‘MTV Video Music Awards’ function, he also receive award on behalf of ‘Wrecking Ball’ star.
The pop-star took a homeless guy name Jesse as an arm-candy on MTV awards. According to media reports, “The ‘We can’t stop’ hitmaker made no mention of Jesse, but she has frequently referenced her charity work at myfriendsplace.org, an organization dedicated to helping the homeless build self-sufficient lives”.
Reportedly, 22-years Jesse received awards for ‘Video of the Year’ for ‘Wrecking Ball’ on behalf of Cyrus and delivered an emotional speech representing other homeless people in the organization.
Cyrus looked on with tears in her eyes as Jesse began speaking of the 1.6 million runaways and homeless youth in the US who are starving and lost and scared for their lives, before he admitted to being one of them, media reported.
