KARACHI: The police have recovered 7000 kilogram charas from a container at Rashid Minhas Road here on Friday and arrested three accused from the spot.
DIG Police (East) Munir Shaikh while addressing a press conference said that the charas was brought from Peshawar for smuggling to abroad.
The value of the confiscated charas is more than Rs 1 billion in international market, he said.
Further investigation is underway.
