KARACHI: Three ships arrived at Port to load/offload containers at QICT, palm oil at LCT on 2nd August, 2013.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 79% at the Port on Friday where a total of eleven ships namely M.V KPS-I Alican BEY-Powership,
M.T Gulf Oasis, M.V Dong Hai Jun (Dredger), M.V Kerstin-S, M.V APL Oman, M.V MSC Kerry, M.T Bunga Aster, M.T Chem Road Quest, M.T Euro Progress, M.V Baecon SW, M.V Eleni-D are currently occupying berths to load/offload, containers, fertilizer, furnace oil, palm oil, wheat. Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 113257 tonnes comprising 73385 tonnes import, 39872 tonnes export and (2604) TEUs was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
M.T Bunga Aster, M.V Crient Singapore, M.V Kerstin-S sailed on Friday afternoon and M.V MSC Kerry sailed on Saturday morning.
M.T SEA Glory at FOTCO, M.T Bunga Kantana Dua at EVTL.
M.V Hansa Africa at QICT arrival on 3rd August, 2013 as per arrival schedule.
