On Thursday, at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), value traded was PKR 10,096 million. The number of lots traded was 52.76 million. PMEX Commodity Index closed at 2,726. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 9,581 million followed by crude (PKR 413.39 million), silver (PKR 94.60 million) and cotton (PKR 7.06 million).
