Philippines awards $376mn from T-bill offer

MANILA: Following are the results of the Philippine Bureau of the Treasury’s (BTr) auction of T-bills on Monday:

  • BTR partially awards 22.8 billion pesos ($376.4 million), below 27 billion pesos programme
  • Tenders total 50.2 billion pesos
  • BTr awards 9 billion pesos of 91-day T-bills at avg rate of 4.985% versus previous auction avg of 5.004%
  • BTr awards 9 billion pesos of 182-day T-bills at avg rate of 5.080% versus previous auction avg of 5.032%
  • BTr awards 4.8 billion pesos of 364-day T-bills at avg rate of 5.204% versus previous auction avg of 5.166%
