KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX, the total traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS, Indices, and Agricultural commodities stood at PKR 65.869 billion with 82,489 lots traded.
The highest activity was recorded in Gold (PKR 25.741 billion) followed by Silver (PKR 25.669 billion), COTS (PKR 6.981 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.024 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.846 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.467 billion), Copper (PKR 836.138 million), Natural Gas (PKR 513.798 million), DJ (PKR 486.300 million), SP 500 (PKR 193.560 million), Aluminium (PKR 35.303 million), Brent (PKR 31.877 million) and Japan Equity 225 (PKR 15.076 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 5 lots were traded, amounting to PKR 28.460 million, mainly in Cotton, Corn, and Wheat.
