Bollywood quirky actor Ranveer Singh while hosting the award night in Malaysia, takes a dig at Deepika Padukone ex-flame Ranbir Kapoor. Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor hosted the IIFA awards 2015 and the duo rocked the stage with their impromptu jigs.
The actors didn’t spare anyone and made fun of Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor at the function.
According to Indian media reports, Ranveer and Arjun kicked off their act by apologising for their stint on ‘AIB Roast’ which had resulted in FIRs against both the actors. Later talking about Ranbir Kapoor and his flops, Ranveer said, “Ranbir Kapoor-Arjun Rampal-Jacqueline Fernandez’s film Roy, the film should be called Destroy and not Roy.”
“Ranbir should be named ‘Roti’ in the film because his co-star Anushka was called ‘Rosie’ and that makes Rosie-Roti. And they both took the Rosie-Roti away from Anurag Kashyap’s pocket,” he added.
Shahid Kapoor also became the butt of their jokes when they introduced the ‘Haider’ star saying, “Where is Emraan Hashmi. He must not be visible because he played invisible man in ‘Mr X’ and our Shahid Kapoor is ‘Mr Sab ka Ex’”.
