LAHORE: Police have checked 5,782 people and taken against 125 accused during a five-day search operation in the provincial capital.
On the directions of CCPO Lahore Capt (r) Muhammad Amin, police checked 63 hotels, godowns and factories.
Meanwhile, DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf said: "We can not win war against terrorism without acting upon the National Action Plan."
