HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares fell 0.14 percent on Thursday following healthy gains the previous day and as dealers await the end outcome of a US Federal Reserve meeting.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index slipped 27.76 points to 20,047.63 on turnover of HK$47.24 billion ($6.10 billion).
Chinese shares closed down 0.76 percent. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index was down 16.17 points to 2,110.38 on turnover of 64.6 billion yuan ($10.2 billion).
