BANDAR LAMPUNG: Indonesia exported 21.4 tonnes of cocoa beans from the Lampung province on Sumatra island in December, data from the local trade office showed on Wednesday. The shipments were 97 percent lower than a year earlier.

Meanwhile, the trade office revised 2017 monthly exports data with the full-year shipment totalling 3,388.2 tonnes, compared with 2,559.00 tonnes initially reported.

Lampung is a minor producer in Indonesia, but the beans are normally high-quality fermented.
