police recover MULTAN: Police claimed on Tuesday to have arrested 16 accused and seized drugs and illegal weapons.

According to police, the arrested included Amjad, Shahzad, Ali Haider, Ayub, Shahzad, Safdar, Khursheed, Fida Hussain, Mukhtar Hussain, Asif Ali, Muhammad Imran, Ashiq, Munir Ahmed, Shoukat, Maqbool Ahmed and Nazir Ahmed.

Police have also recovered about two kilogram hashish, liquor and five pistols from their possession.

Police have registered cases against them.
