The Mother Monster, 26, achieved the rank through her work with her own “Born This Way
Foundation” as well as serving as the face of a number of other causes including the MAC
AIDS Foundation.

Whereas, the oldest, 86-year-old Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II ranked at number 26.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel topped the list while US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ranked second most powerful women.

Indian Congress party president Sonia Gandhi made the sixth most powerful woman in the
world.

The American renowned host Oprah Winfrey made to the 11th rank in the list.

Singer Beyonce ranked on 32nd, whereas, Jennifer Lopez stood on 38th position.
