KARACHI: Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor are planning to sell their five-bedroom New York City home.
The home is listed on the market for $9.6 million. Stiller would suffer a $400,000 after paying $10 million for the property four years ago.
According to media sources, the five bedroom home is on the corner of Riverside Drive and West 84th Street and boasts sweeping Hudson River views and interiors designed by swanky firm Roman & Williams.
According to real estate blog The Real Estalker, the apartment was previously owned by Ann Zabar, whose family owns the famous New York gourmet grocery store Zabar's, and wasn't even on the market when Stiller and wife Christine Taylor bought the house back in 2008.
“They love real estate and enjoy moving every now and then,” said a source.
Stiller home has got noticed from finance types with families looking for an Upper West Side magnificence lifestyle. Prudential Douglas Elliman Broker Bruce Ehrmann declined to comment.
