KARACHI: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has introduced an exclusive Broadband 'Student Basic Package' with an offer of free Wi-Fi, designed to meet the ever growing needs of students.
A statement of the organization said here on Monday that this special package comes at a price of Rs. 1,099 only with 1Mbps unlimited Broadband downloading and Wi-Fi absolutely free.
It maintained that PTCL's Student Package is a popular Broadband Internet service in the country available in more than 1,000 towns and cities.
The PTCL also offers a comprehensive 'Student Bundle Package' with speeds up to 1 Mbps and unlimited downloads, free Wi-Fi, free 200 voice minutes, unlimited calls from PTCL to PTCL and Vfone (On-Net) on Sundays along with PSTN line rent waiver of Rs.199. The package can be availed at Rs. 1,399 per month only, it was further stated.
"PTCL aims to bridge the digital divide by providing the most affordable telecommunication services across Pakistan," said Senior Executive Vice President Commercial, Naveed Saeed.
