KARACHI: Three ships arrived at Port Qasim on Friday, July 6 carrying containers at QICT, diesel oil at FOTCO, palm oil at LCT.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 50% at the Port on Friday where a total of five ships namely MV. Salta, M.V Stx Rose, M.V Safmarine Ngami, M.T Cyrus-I, M.T Chem Road Sea, M.T Karachi, M.T Siva Mumbai are currently occupying berths to load/offload cement, containers, palm oil, furnace oil, chemical was handled at Port last 24 hours.
Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 94798 tonnes comprising 80698 tonnes import and 14100 tonnes export 2331 (Tues) was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
M.T Siva Mumbai, Safmarine Ngami sailed on Saturday morning.
