The participants asked the government to release payment of refunds on head of income tax to business community without any further delay. They urged the government to formulate business-friendly policies.
The participants demanded 24/7 opening of the Pak-Afghan border and removal of hurdles in way of bilateral and transit trade between the two neighbouring countries.
The participants said that if the government didn't pay heed to their demands, they wound announce future course of action during a press conference which would be organized under the auspices of the SCCI on June 2 (Tuesday) at the chamber house.
