An Indian cargo plane made an emergency technical landing in Islamabad early Monday.

The plane was heading to Georgia from Calcutta when it needed to land because it was low on fuel. After receiving permission from the Air Traffic Control (ATC), the plane landed at Islamabad International Airport. It took off after refuelling. On 25 April also, an Indian cargo plane landed in Pakistan for fuel re-filling.

The plane stayed at the Pakistani airport for 40 minutes and then took off for Georgia after fuel re-filling. On April 4, the ATC had guided two Indian planes flying for Europe.
