Engro Foundation to provide Rs20m to SKMCH&RC

Engro Foundation, the social investment arm of Engro Corporation, has committed to provide Rs 20 million in financial assistance to Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre to expand COVID-19 testing capacity across Southern Punjab and strengthen the health sector to cope with the ongoing pandemic. Under the 'Southern Punjab Screening Program-Free of Cost' campaign, Engro Foundation will sponsor Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre to use its existing network of pathology laboratory collection centres to provide free of cost testing services to the deserving patients, said Engro's spokesperson here on Tuesday.
