The anti-dumping duty imposed by the National Tariff Commission on the import of tinplate will remain intact, according to the latest order of the Peshawar High Court (PHC). The PHC, which had previously granted stay order against the imposition of anti-dumping duty on tinplate imposed by the National Tariff Commission, has now recalled its decision.

Hence, the anti-dumping duty imposed by the National Tariff Commission will remain intact, and regular hearing will take place on 31st March. According to the order of the PHC, the interim relief granted by the court on January 22, 2020 has been recalled.
