The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday granted bail to one of the accused of the controversial video case related to former Accountability Court Judge Arshad Malik. The ATC Judge Raja Jawwad Abbasi while hearing the bail application of accused Raza Khan approved the bail against surety bonds of Rs300000.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had arrested Raza Khan on January 21. During the previous hearing, the FIA told the court that the accused had a major role in the judge video leak scandal and the agency needed time to interrogate him.
