Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan said that the PTI government has made a long-term plan for the overall development of the province.

"We want to see Pakistan and KP a developed and prosperous regions of Asia in every field. He said that the present government irrespective of political affiliation introduced the system of service delivery to the public in its true sense, he told while talking to MPAs from different constituencies of the province here in Chief Minister's House on Sunday.

He said that the incumbent provincial government is trying to utilize all the resources available to make KP a model province. He said that Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf is the only political party that has taken serious and sincere steps to streamline the institutions and economy which was crippled by previous corrupt governments.

The chief minister said that the provincial government initiated several steps for the improvement of institutions; reforms have been introduced to ensure overall development of the province. He said that with the help of sincere and patriotic people, not only this province but the country as a whole will soon be on the path of development and prosperity and the people will soon feel relief.

The Chief Minister said that PTI is making possible the fulfillment of all the promises made to the people. We have never compromised on our manifesto and vision before and will not do so in the future. The provincial government has taken initiatives and empowered the institutions on priority basis so as to eradicate corruption and nepotism from the institutions.

The CM said that the present provincial government is striving for the welfare and collective development of the people. We are implementing positive reforms in the institutions rather than focusing on the baseless and negative propaganda of the opposition.

He furthered that it is the only provincial government that laid the foundation of true good governance, eliminated political interference from institutions, made the institution functional according to their real jurisdictions and ensured transfer of power to the lower levels.

The CM made it clear that the overall process of institutional reforms of present provincial government are also being safeguarded and are being provided cover by various policies and laws so that no one could paralyze public service institutions in future.

He said that the government is taking practical steps to ensure the delivery of services to the people. We wish that this province could get ahead on the path of development and prosperity. Our struggle to achieve the goals and objectives of development will continue, he concluded.
