Shipping activity at Port Qasim

KARACHI: One ship arrived at the Port on Saturday, carrying containers at QICT, Port Qasim sources said Sunday.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 21 percent at the Port on Saturday where a total of three ships namely Batang Annai, M.V MSC Reunion, M.V Uni Corn Emerald are currently occupying berths to load/ offload wheat were handled at Port last 24 hours.

Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 24,201 tonnes comprising 14,356 tonnes import 9,845 tonnes export 1385 TUES was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
