Century maker Fakhar Zaman enjoying batting in England

Pakistan opening batsman Fakhar Zaman has opened his visit to England on a positive note with scores of 72 and a match winning century to his credit in the warm-up games. The aggressive batsman says that he would try maintaining his good form in the international matches as well.

"We adapted well," said Zaman at the post match conference. "It's a good thing that our batsmen are all among the runs. Irrespective of the opposition, when you make runs, it's good for the mindset," he added.

Pakistan has already clinched a 100-run win over Kent and then an eight-wicket victory over Northamptonshire. The Men in Green are scheduled to play Leicestershire on Wednesday in the third and final practice game of the tour.

"Making runs, especially in these cold conditions, we're getting good practice," he said. "We come early and get these practice matches to adapt to conditions."

The Pakistan cricket team is present in England where they are slated to play a one-off T20I and a five-match ODI series against the hosts before heading into the World Cup.
