Hazara Division Police (HDP) has organised first-ever one-day Detective Foot Constable (DFC) conference at Police Lines Mansehra with Regional Police Officer (RPO) Mohammad Ali Babakhel in the chair on Sunday. In the conference, the DFCs of 57 police stations of Hazara region have participated and have shared their issues pertaining to the day-to-day activities and performance.
Addressing the conference, Regional Police Officer (RPO), Hazara, Mohammad Ali Babakhel, stressed need for the promotion of people-friendly policing rather than using a traditional methodology which is need of the time. He appreciated the District Police Officer (DPO) Manshera Zaibullah Khan's performance and said that his team has conducted the conference in a very good manner that is commendable.
He further said that the objective of the DFC conference is to know the grievances, bring them on a platform and to make a policy for the resolve of their issues. The RPO said that DFS has special importance in police station through which police department completes its official tasks, if DFC would perform his duty with dedication then there would be no hurdle in the police department in progress and performance, adding he said.
