Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said the government is aware of the problems being faced by the trade and industrial sectors and undertaking every possible step to provide a level-playing field to the business community.
The Governor stated this while speaking at the second FPCCI Excellence Awards (Punjab) which was also addressed by FPCCI President Engr Daroo Khan Achkazi and Senior Vice President SAARC Chamber of Commerce Iftikhar Ali Malik.
He acknowledged that despite being faced with numerous challenges, country's business community had promoted industry, exports by ensuring quality and timely deliverance of shipments to respective destinations.
Earlier, FPCCI President Engr Daroo Khan Achakzai stressed the need for channelizing resources to benefit both business community and people of Pakistan. He said the industrialists need to come up with viable projects that result in creation of new jobs for both men and women.
