Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday sought the replies from Sindh Government, provincial Secretary Education and others in a petition against non-induction of twelve candidates on teaching posts despite passing the tests.
At Karachi Registry, SC bench headed by Justice Maqbool Baqir also directed to issue notices to respondents i.e. Sindh Government, provincial Secretary Education and others in the petition of twelve candidates for teaching posts in Mirpur Bathoro area of District Thatta in the province.
Counsel for petitioners told the court that these candidates passed the tests for teaching posts in 2012, however they were not given the job. These twelve candidates were first included in the merit list, however their names scrapped from the list later. SC ordered Sindh Government and other respondents to file their replies in the petition.
