Sanity seems to have gained ground in the entire PML-N camp as almost all the potential 'electables', who have been warming up for general election have told the party president Shahbaz Sharif that party's supreme leader must refrain from making controversial remarks about the country's institutions. It is therefore good to know that Shahbaz Sharif has reportedly stated that those who advised former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to make his controversial interview are in fact his biggest enemies.
Shahbaz knows well that any further clash with country's institutions will only hurt party's electoral prospects. Targeting advisers for his beleaguered brother of criticism is Shahbaz's prudent approach. It will work.
