I am delighted to congratulate the graduating students, faculty, staff and parents on this worthy occasion. Collaboration between research-performing institutions (both domestically and internationally) is no longer optional. Nor is it simply an added extra to our institutions' daily work. World-class institutions must harness the power of strategic partnerships - with other universities, with businesses, with civil society and with governments.
