Purchase of North Cement Plant: Kohat Cement to participate in bidding process

The Board of Directors of Kohat Cement has decided to participate in the bidding process for the purchase of North Cement Plant and its related assets from Dewan Cement. It was decided by the board in its meeting held on Friday at the company's head office. For the purpose, the board has authorised the management to conduct due diligence, work out assets valuations and to appoint advisor/consultant to the said transaction.
