A fire erupted in a flour mill on Monday located at the eastern bypass of Quetta. The blaze broke out due to short circuit and swept through the whole mill. Flour sacks worth millions of rupees were reduced to ashes however; ten workers remained safe in the incident. According to mill owner and employees, fire brigade officials were informed of the blaze immediately but they reached the scene after a delay of half an hour.
