SCCI president stresses modernisation of industrial sector

SIALKOT: Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) President Khawaja Masood Akhtar Saturday said that modernization of industrial sector of Sialkot is a top priority.

Talking to APP at SCCI here, he said special attention would be paid to creating awareness about new technologies among the business community. He said that without adopting modern industrial technologies we will be unable to compete in the global markets.   He stressed research and development to compete in the global markets and vowed to motivate local business community to upgrade their industrial setups.

The new SCCI president said that special steps would be taken for promotion of new businessmen.
