The appointment of Chairman, National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), former Justice Muhammad Fayyaz has been challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday. A single member bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah took up the case filed by lawyer Sheik Riaz ul Haq. While seeking reply, the court issued notices to the Federal Government through secretary labour, Ministry of law and registrar NIRC.
Subsequently, the hearing was adjourned for fortnight.
