Lawyers of South Punjab on Monday observed the strike and boycotted their professional duties in protest of the murder of former joint secretary Karachi Bar Association Advocate Amir Haider Shah in Karachi last week. Former prime minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani did not go to Karachi to join the proceedings in Trade and Development Authority (TDAP) case. Now, he would join the proceedings on next date.
