ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday dismissed a petition for the establishment of allergy centers at tehsil level.
The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar heard the case.
During the course of proceedings, the CJP observed that there was no need to establish allergy centers at tehsil level as such centers were already present in almost all the major hospitals across the country.
On a lighter note, the chief justice said there were several types of allergy as few people were allergic from oranges, some from bananas and even some from the people as well.
Justice Ejaz ul Hassan dismissed the appeal filed by Ghulam Nabi Shah, observing that establishment of an allergy center needed a lengthy process.
