Suzuki, the Japanese automaker has just launched the latest version of its much celebrated Jimny, mini four-wheeler.

Looks wise, the fourth gen actually looks significantly more rugged, with a retro design, owing to its selling point is its hardy nature.

Available in eight colors, including- Kinetic Yellow, Brisk Blue Metallic and Chiffon Ivory Metallic among others. The new Jimny is a breath of fresh air as the fourth generation comes after 20 years, since the launch of third generation way back in 1998.

The Japanese automaker says Suzuki says it has sold 2.85 million Jimnys in 194 countries as of March 2018, and is expected to sell more in the coming months after it officially debuts the fourth-gen Suzuki Jimny.

Coming on performance, the 2019 Jimny comes on a ladder frame with 3-link solid axles and part-time 4WD with a low range transfer gear.

Meanwhile, the interior as Suzuki states itself is “Straightforward, practical and down-to-earth beauty,” featuring air conditioning, cruise control, push-button start, a multi-function steering wheel, with a decent sized color touch screen..

For the time being the full launch and pricing remains a mystery, but the little beauty has all the potential to emerge as a classic.
